Top Wedding Favors - Shipping, Handling and ReturnsShipping and Handling UPS GROUND DELIVERY: * Allow up to three (3) business days (Monday through Friday, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays) to process your order from receipt of prepaid order. The products are usually shipped the day after processing. However please allow eight (8) working days for delivery from the date of shipment. * Inside the Continental United States: After we process your order, your package(s) are delivered in approximately 8 working days. * We also now ship to CANADA. The cost of the paperwork and custom brokerage fees to ship any order (regardless of size) to any destination in Canada is $35.95 USD. This markup is standard and will be added to the shipping total on checkout. * We do not ship to PO BOXES. We require a residential address or business address to you ship your parcel(s) to. UPS RUSH DELIVERY: * Please allow up to 3 business days for us to process your order from the exact date of receipt of pre-payment. * Order proofs will not be sent and will be automatically waived by the customer when they request a rush delivery on their order. * Inside the continental United States - Delivered the next day after the order has been processed. Returns Policy* Personalized favors cannot be canceled, changed, refunded or returned once production of those items has started. * All edible and liquid favors such as candies, coffee & tea, almonds and wedding bubbles cannot be refunded, returned or exchanged due to tampering concerns. * Products must be returned within 30 days from the date you received your order. Please inspect products for satisfaction, and if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us here to obtain a Returns Authorization Number. Returned products must be in their original package, unopened and not tampered with in any way. Any and all opened packages will not be refunded, returned or exchanged. * The customers delivery date can be confirmed by the shipping company (*most likely UPS). You must obtain a return authorization number first. Please e-mail or call us to get your return authorization number and instructions on how to return your order. * Returned products are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping and Handling fees are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for both the return shipping charges, and also making sure the product(s) is returned undamaged and in good condition. We consider 'good condition' to be the exact same condition the product left our warehouse in before it was sent to the customer. * Your order can be cancelled only if the order has not yet been processed by us.
