Top Wedding Favors accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credit card payments and we are happy to accept PayPal payments. We also accept money orders, cashiers checks, and personal checks but please be advised that all orders paid by personal check will need to be processed, We will ship your order once your check been cleared by our bank.

What is the minimum quantity?

Top Wedding Favors has a minimum quantity requirement that you will find on all product pages. Once you have met the minimum order quantity you can order as many as you would like over and above.

How do I check on the status of my order?

You may check the status on your order, by going to our Track Order Page. You will be asked to enter your UPS tracking number to see the status of your order. You may also call us at 1-888-939-9926 or contact us here. When contacting us, please include your name and order number and be as specific as possible. We will respond to all inquiries within 24 hours.

What are Top Wedding Favors shipping methods & costs?

We use United Parcel Service (UPS). We use Real Time Tracking through UPS on our website so when you place your order it automatically calculate the freight charges based on the weight and distance your order has to go.

Will you send me shipment confirmation of my order?

Once your Top Wedding Favors order has been processed, we will send you an email confirmation for your order and it will contain your order number, description of your product and the amount you have paid. We will send you a second email when your order is ready to be shipped. This email will have your UPS tracking number. You can track the status of your order on our Track Order Page

How long does it take to receive products?

Allow up to three (3) business days (Monday through Friday, excludes Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays) to process your order from receipt of prepaid order. The products are usually shipped the day after processing. However please allow eight (8) working days up to twelve (12) working days for delivery from the date of shipment. Do you accept rush orders?

Once your payment has been processed Top Wedding Favors can ship UPS next day, second day and 3 day expedited shipping services. Please note your order must be in our system by 12pm EST to qualify for next day delivery. Please call our customer service at 1-888-939-9926 for more information.

Returns

What is your refund policy?

All edible and liquid favors such as candies, coffee & tea, almonds and wedding bubbles cannot be refunded, returned or exchanged due to tampering concerns.

Products must be returned within 30 days from the date you received your order. Returned products must be in their original package, unopened and not tampered with in any way. Any and all opened packages will not be refunded, returned or exchanged. There will be no exceptions to this rule whatsoever.

The customers delivery date can be confirmed by the shipping company (*most likely UPS). You must obtain a return authorization number first. Please e-mail or call us to get your return authorization number and instructions on how to return your order.

Returned products are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping and Handling fees are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for both the return shipping charges, and also making sure the product(s) is returned undamaged and in good condition.

We consider 'good condition' to be the exact same condition the product left our warehouse in before it was sent to the customer.
Your order can be canceled only if the order has not yet been processed by us. If your order was paid via credit card, a cancellation charge of $10.00 will apply. No exceptions.

How do I file a claim for damaged, defective or missing product(s)?
