Orders can also be placed by email and talking to one of
our friendly sales representatives.
All orders must be prepaid prior to processing. Order will
not be processed until payment is received. If you indicated
payment by credit card, your order will be processed immediately
and your card will be charged automatically and immediately.
The name VSE Associates will appear on your credit card statement.
If you indicated payment by check or money order, please remit
payment to the address provided.
Delivery Times:
Delivery depends on the shipping method and payment option you
select.
| UPS GROUND DELIVERY:

- Allow up to three (3) business days (Monday through
Friday, excludes Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays)
to process your order from receipt of prepaid order.
The products are usually shipped the day after processing.
However please allow eight (8) working days up to
twelve (12) working days for delivery from the date
of shipment. Please see our Shipping
Info page for full details.

- Inside the Continental United States: After we process
your order, your package(s) are delivered in 8-12
working days.

- We do not currenty ship outside of the Continental
U.S.

| UPS RUSH DELIVERY:
|
- Please allow up to 3 business days for us to process
your order from the exact date of receipt of pre-payment.

- Order proofs will not be sent and will be automatically
waived by the customer when they request a rush delivery
on their order.

the next day after the order has been processed.

Receipts and Proof of Payments:
Proof imprints are sent via fax or e-mail at the customers request.
Order proofs will not be sent and will be automatically waived
by the customer when they request a rush delivery on their order.
Top Wedding favors will not assume any liability or blame for
spelling or grammatical errors outside of our own (i.e. the
customer has a responsibility to double check all spellings
etc. first).
Return Policy:

- Personalized favors cannot be canceled, changed,
refunded or returned once production of those items
has started.
|
- All edible and liquid favors such as candies, coffee
& tea, almonds and wedding bubbles cannot be refunded,
returned or exchanged due to tampering concerns.
|
- Products must be returned within 10 days from the
date you received your order. Returned products must
be in their original package, unopened and not tampered
with in any way. Any and all opened packages will
not be refunded, returned or exchanged. There will
be no exceptions to this rule whatsoever.

- The customers delivery date can be confirmed by
the shipping company (*most likely UPS). You must
obtain a return authorization number first. Please
e-mail or call us to get your return authorization
number and instructions on how to return your order.

- Returned products are subject to a 20% restocking
fee. Shipping and Handling fees are non-refundable.
The customer is responsible for both the return shipping
charges, and also making sure the product(s) is returned
undamaged and in good condition.
We consider 'good condition' to be the exact same
condition the product left our warehouse in before
it was sent to the customer.

- Your order can be canceled only if the order has
not yet been processed by us. If your order was paid
via credit card, a cancellation charge of $10.00 will
apply. No exceptions.

In order to do our part for the environment we have chosen to
discontinue offering mail out catalogs in lieu of online versions.
We can provide you a live website link at your request showing
all of our favor items in one convenient place!
Is My Personal Information
that I submitted to your website secure and/or used for other
purposes?
Top Wedding Favors does not sell or
share our confidential customer info with any third party company
