Wedding Bouquets and Flowers

Once all other arrangements are taken care of for your wedding, and your wedding is closing in, then you will have to start thinking about the perfect wedding bouquet for your wedding. When choosing your wedding bouquet, choose something that compliments your wedding dress, and not detract. Remember that flowers are an important part of your wedding that reflects your personal style, personality and the look of your wedding.

The first thing you have to consider about your wedding bouquet is to decide if you want a bouquet with artificial or real flowers. Usually brides prefer real flowers as they look spectacular in the wedding bouquets. However there are some artificial flowers that look so real, you will never be able to tell the difference from real flowers. In addition to this, remember that though real flowers look real, they wilt and die if not preserved. On the contrary, artificial flowers last for years, for you to cherish your wedding with.

Some people find the cost of wedding bouquets to be rather high. However it is possible to save on costs of your real flower wedding bouquet. All you have to do is to shop around, and use flowers that are in season in your wedding bouquet. This is because flowers that are not in season prove to be rather expensive. So choose flowers that are in season, and dressing them up using ribbon, baby’s breathvy and other greenery to make the wedding bouquet special.

Choose a wedding bouquet that compliments your dress and not be the only thing that your guests will notice. This is why most brides choose simple bouquets like perhaps a few colorful tulips tied with a beautiful ribbon or wild flowers gathered before your wedding, and tied with a beautiful ribbon. So you can see, it is not required to spend lots of money on an elaborate wedding bouquet; even simple bouquets are perfect for your wedding.

Your wedding bouquet can be from three basic types like the cascade, the round or posy and the hand tied wedding bouquet. The cascade bouquet is shaped like a waterfall with lots of flower on the top, cascading to the bottom with greenery. The round bouquet is round, and has less green but more flowers than the cascade. The hand tied wedding bouquet is the most casual of the three, where it is bunched with a ribbon while having the stems revealed.
